How to Purchase Your Voucher

1. Applicants must purchase application vouchers costing GHC 150.00 through Ministry of Health Online Application Portal.
2. Ensure you provide a personal Ghana Card number, an active phone number and a valid personal email address for all communications. Please note that using another person's Ghana Card number or email addresss is not permitted.
3. Applicants must provide their residential address, Ghana Card number, and Ghana Post Digital Address during the application process.
4. The online application form can be accessed using the PIN and serial number on the official portal. The form is available exclusively through these credentials.
5. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided on the portal to complete the online application. The PIN and serial number will also be required for tracking the status of your application.
